RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT INFILTRATES UNITED STATES RIGHT WING MEDIA COMPANY

According to a recently unsealed indictment from United States District Court, Southern District Of New York, United States Of America v Kostiantyn Kalashnikov aka “Kostya”, and Elena Afanasyeva aka “Lena” Defendants. You can google 2 4 CRIM 519 to read the indictment from the U.S. Department of Justice.

Russia Today, a Kremlin backed media company, employees Kostiantyn Kalashnikov (Kostya), male 31 and Elena Afanasyeva (Lena), female 27, have been charged with conspiracy to violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) and conspiracy to commit money laundering, they remain at large. Kostya and Lena are the only named people in the indictment but there is speculation that follow facts in the indictment about who some of the other major players are. United States Company 1, based in Tennessee is thought to be Tenet Media, owned by Founder 1, Lauren Chen, and her husband Founder 2, Liam Donovan. Tenet Media was founded in January 2022.

After publicly launching about November 2023, Tenet media posts almost 2000 videos amassing more than 16 million views just on YouTube, not to mention anything posted on the commentators other accounts, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Rumble were also used. Commentator 1 in the indictment has 2.4 million subscribers on YouTube and Commentator 2 has 1.3 million YouTube subscribers. Tenet Media personalities Tim Pool and Benny Johnson have been speculated about but other influencers for Tenet Media include Dave Rubin, Lauren Southern, Tayler Hansen, and Matt Christiansen. There are 6 commentators mentioned in the indictment.

Kostya and Lena worked with Chen and Donovan to conceal funding to Commentators 1 and 2 by conveying to them that funding was coming from Eduard Grigoriann, a ficticious character. Commentator 1 requested more information on Grigoriann. Founder 1 provided Commentator 1 with a one page profile of Eduard Grigoriann, and that was enough to suffice. The real money started pouring in with Commentator 1 getting $400,000 a month a $100,000 signing bonus and production bonuses, for 4 weekly videos, Commentator 2 getting $100,000 per video.

May 2023 Commentator 3 begins negotiations and agrees to work for Tenet Media. Lauren Chen emails persona 1 that she wants to split payments between her Canadian company (Canadian Company 1) and Tenet Media.

It is later determined that Eduard Grigoriann, persona 1 persona 2 and persona 3, are all the same individual using the same Russia based IP address.

June 2023 a “service agreement ” names Lauren Chen, Canadian Company 1, and Tenet Media as service providers, this allows for $8,000 monthly for stage 1, and $25,000 monthly after Commentators 1 and 2 are signed, plus incentives and commissions for “engagements closed with talents” the client name on the contract was not Eduard Grigoriann, nor any of the shell companies mentioned in the indictment. U.K. Shell Entity 1 is the name on the contract, after Chen discusses the contract with Donovan on Discord, Chen signs the contract.

Fall 2023, as Tenet Media launches Kostya and Lena are introduced to Tenet Media employees and affiliates. Lena becomes involved in day to day operations, Discord channels are set up for employees, associates, and contributors, this puts the commentators in direct contact with the Russians.

Between January 2024 and June 2024 Lena posts links to over 840 video clips. These videos were posted by Tenet Media staff onto Tenet Media social channels, occasionally staff pushed back, to no avail.

March 22, 2024 Lena requests Tenet Media post a video of a Moscow terror attack, the producers find a video and posts it to X satisfying the request.

March 23, 2024 Lena, posing as Helena Shudra, a member of the editing team pushes a narrative that Ukraine is at fault for the terror attack in Moscow, despite it being known that Isis had claimed responsibility, Chen said she would ask Commentator 3, who said “he’s happy to do it “

June 12, 2024 Chen gives Helena’s team (Kostya and Lena) unfettered access to Tenet Medias audiences.

Between October 2023 and August 2024 Tenet Media Bank Account receives 30 wire transfers from foreign entities totaling $9.7 million. Tenet Media pays 8.7 million to Commentators 1, 2, and 3 alone.

The shell entities that ended up paying the $9.7 million were not previously mentioned in the indictment, These shell entities, 7 of them, were from Turkey and the UAE.

This indictment shows that Lauren Chen and Liam Donovan are guilty as they knew they were working for Russians, the fact that it was concealed from the commentators is not enough to absolve them for their crimes against their country and the American people. The commentators are the ones who caused the damage and made the bulk of the money, and X is culpable for allowing the video and the false narrative. At the end of the Indictment there is a section for forfeiture of money and property, Chen, Donovan, and Commentators 1, 2, and 3 should be held accountable for their actions and have to forfeiture money and property as well, this is being treated like a “strike from the record ” event. These Commentators are guilty, possibly of Treason, and should be treated as such.

At this time nobody is in jail for these crimes.
